Oh, that’s a very interesting answer. I even think to include that. Yes, cows are kept on a very regular schedule to say the least.

It is a great time for plant-based cheeses though! All these types of alternatives are on the rise. I’m actually involved in a research project that is looking into making animal-free cheese using yeast.
