I think a lot of people tend to confuse cultivated meat and plant-based meat (like Impossible Foods) but cultivated would still be "real" meat.
You totally read my mind! I already started the next piece about the cons of cultivated meat/ can it live up to the hype. I think so many people believe it's going to be the silver bullet to save the enviroment and bring sustainabillity to the meat industry, but there's a ton of factors at play here. I'm personally excited about the potential of cultivated meat but we don't like to talk about the hard stuff or what could go wrong.
