I find it so interesting how different foods are ‘normal’ cuisine depending on where you are in the world. I haven’t made it to Korea, but think it would be so fun to check out the food scene there!

I was just reading about new products like crunchy seaweed chips and seaweed salad mix that are being released in the U.S., so maybe the food industry here is catching on.
