Before moving to The NL, I didn’t realize cheddar cheese was a very American thing. Gouda is the king of cheese here, which I also love so no complaints here.

My family used to have a cheese drawer in the fridge. I can imagine this also happens when a Wisconsinite marries a Dutch person!
